Out-Posting Services ACCESS Collaborative

Child Care Connections is excited to offer the Cumberland County Community an opportunity to access child care information, referral, and subsidy information, onsite, at your convenience.  Looking for and learning about quality, affordable child care can be an overwhelming task. The staff at Child Care Connections, Cumberland County Resource Development Center, would like to make it easier for you, your staff and your clients. 

Our goals are to:

  • Get more child care information to more people
  • Minimize transportation barriers – (traveling into Portland to visit with us)
  • Remove phone service limitations, it is not always easy finding the time to call
  • Bridge language barriers
  • Work with people face to face
